It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration or the U.S. Government.

A record, map pin, comparison, or automatically generated summary is not proof of fraud, eligibility, wrongdoing, current business activity, or legal status. The service does not provide legal, financial, accounting, investigative, or other professional advice. Verify important facts with the SBA, the relevant lender, court records, inspectors general, or another authoritative source.

Public PPP data can contain missing, outdated, duplicated, or inconsistent fields. Geocoded coordinates are estimates and may identify a parcel, street, ZIP centroid, or another matched geography rather than a verified operating location. Calculations and comparisons depend on the fields available in the source and may change when the dataset or site logic is updated.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Review the methodology before relying on a result.

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• use a public record to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud someone;
• misrepresent a record or generated comparison as an official government finding;
• interfere with the site, bypass access controls, or probe it for vulnerabilities;
• run abusive automated traffic that degrades the service or evades reasonable rate limits; or
• use the site in a way that violates privacy, advertising, or other applicable law.

PPP Loan Map links to government sources, map providers, search engines, and other third-party services. It may also display clearly labeled advertising. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link or advertisement does not imply endorsement.

Features, source records, calculations, URLs, and these terms may change. Access can be limited or suspended to maintain the service, comply with law, or address abuse. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on a public record, interruption of the service, third-party conduct, or use of an external link. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted there.
